This song is about being stuck in a toxic relationship like, “I know this is bad, but also… where else am I gonna go?” It’s the emotional equivalent of feeling like leftover fast food in someone’s life – messy, hard to get rid of, and somehow always there. 

At the core, it’s about that brutal space between “I wanna leave” and “but it’s all I’ve known.”
