Puppy Pile confronts the discomfort of feeling everything after feeling nothing on their new single “Feel Now,” the first single from their upcoming EP Holding Pattern – which is out November 4.
Exploring the slow process of reconnecting with yourself after spending too long emotionally checked out, “Feel Now” captures the frustration, exhaustion, and avoidance that come with burying difficult feelings. As familiar patterns begin to unravel, the song finds hope in the realization that feeling something is better than nothing.
Across three tracks, Holding Pattern navigates emotional exhaustion, fading relationships, and the struggle between acceptance and denial. Capturing the frustration of standing still while everything around you keeps moving, the EP explores the difficult realization that sometimes the only way forward is to stop waiting.
Again, "Feel Now" is out now with Holding Pattern arriving on November 4.
