Alltheflowers – ‘Other People’s Problems’ EP

Philadelphia emo band Alltheflowers return with their new EP – Other People’s Problems – which is out now!

Other People’s Problems is a compilation of exactly that. After a difficult year spent helping friends and family through relationships, heartbreak, bad decisions, and personal struggles, Alltheflowers found it hard not to take inspiration from the drama happening around them.

Across five tracks, the band turns those secondhand experiences into scrappy, emotionally direct emo. Other People’s Problems moves through doubt, resentment, unhealthy relationships, and the exhaustion of watching people repeat the same mistakes. Recent single “Dawg In A Car” captures that feeling head-on, documenting the moment the rose-colored glasses come off and the problems in a relationship become impossible to ignore.

There’s heartbreak and frustration throughout the EP, but also a sense of humor about being close enough to someone else’s mess that it eventually becomes your own.

Still a Philly emo band looking for a 9-5, Alltheflowers have found plenty to write about in the meantime.
